This is the portfolio of Sardar Mukhshaf. This notice explains the information handled when you browse sardarmukhshaf.com, send a project enquiry, or use its optional AI assistant.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, subject, project type, optional budget range, and message. These details are used to receive and respond to your enquiry. The form does not ask for passwords, payment details, or access credentials; please do not include them.

Submitting the form sends the enquiry through the website's email services and attempts to send an acknowledgement to your email address. Correspondence is received in the owner's email inbox.

When you use the AI assistant, your message and recent conversation context are sent through this website to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. The assistant is automated; it is not a private conversation with the owner.

The site uses session storage for a device presentation profile and a loader-state flag. These support the page experience and are not advertising identifiers. You can remove them through your browser's site-data controls; blocking storage does not prevent access to the portfolio.

The assistant keeps its displayed conversation in page memory. Reloading the page starts a new in-page conversation; closing the chat window alone does not erase it. This does not delete information already sent to a provider.

This website does not include Google Analytics or advertising tracking scripts in its application. Hosting providers can still process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. There is no separate Cookie Settings control on this site.

You can browse the portfolio without submitting an enquiry or using the assistant. To discuss an enquiry directly, email hello@sardarmukhshaf.com.

Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to object to certain processing. These rights can have conditions and exceptions. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Send a request to hello@sardarmukhshaf.com with enough context to locate the information. Information needed to verify the request may be required before disclosing or changing records.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and runs its request handlers. Request information, including a network address, is also used for temporary in-memory rate limiting on enquiry and assistant requests.

Resend delivers form emails and acknowledgements. Where the Cloudflare email binding is configured, Cloudflare handles the owner's notification instead. The owner's inbox is hosted by Google; your own email provider also handles messages delivered to you.

Google's Gemini API processes assistant messages and the recent conversation context. Provider handling can depend on the service and account settings. Do not send personal, sensitive, or confidential information to the assistant. These messages are not end-to-end encrypted between you and the owner.

Provider services can involve processing outside your country. Their privacy information and service terms describe their practices:

The site uses HTTPS. Form fields are validated before email delivery, and the enquiry and assistant endpoints apply in-memory request limits. These controls reduce some forms of misuse; they are not a promise that every security risk is eliminated.

The application does not write enquiry submissions or chat transcripts to its own database. Email providers, the AI provider, and the hosting service handle information as part of delivering those features. Their operational records are separate from the page's temporary state.

Use the contact email to report a suspected security issue without including unnecessary personal information or credentials.

Enquiries become email correspondence rather than records in a website database. The website does not implement a scheduled deletion rule for the owner's inbox. Ask about access to or deletion of correspondence by contacting hello@sardarmukhshaf.com.

Session-storage values remain subject to your browser's session and site-data controls. The displayed assistant conversation stays in page memory until the page is reloaded or that state is cleared.

Hosting, email, and AI providers may retain delivery, operational, and safety records under their terms and account settings. Clearing your browser does not remove those provider records. No single retention period applies to every category described here.

This portfolio is intended for professional enquiries. The optional AI assistant is intended for adults. If you believe information about a child has been submitted, contact hello@sardarmukhshaf.com so the request can be reviewed.

The date on this page identifies the latest substantive update. This notice may change when the site's features or information handling change. Review it before submitting information if you want to understand the current practices.
